The UDS Reporting Console produces UDS reports that service the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services - Health Resource and Services Administration - 330 Grant Reporting. All supporting materials, training videos, and documentation are located on the Success Community UDS Reporting Tool Product Page.

Please note: the download contains the latest application version (v3.0 on the status bar). However you must also install the NextGen UDSx Automation Service on a single server which is always up and running (typically the BBP server).
